中国数据库逐渐实现开源是大势所趋也是谋求长期发展的重要路径，2022年TiDB、PolarDB、GaussDB等也相继推出了开源版本。对于厂商而言，开源能吸引更多的用户来拓展自己的生态，是一条行之有效的路径。截止到2022年12月底，已有48款国产数据库产品开源，具体的国产数据库开源情况如下表所示。

2022年国产数据库行业陆续有PingCAP、阿里云、华为云、蚂蚁集团、格睿云共五家厂商推出开源的产品，具体的开源产品详情如下：
- 4月1日，TiDB分析引擎TiFlash正式开源，它是为TiDB提供HTAP能力的重要组成部分。

- 4月1日，阿里云PolarDB-X正式开源X-Paxos，基于原生MySQL存储节点，提供Paxos三副本共识协议，可以做到金融级数据库的高可用和容灾能力，做到RPO=0的生产级别可用性，可以满足同城三机房、两地三中心等容灾架构。
- 6月15日，华为云将GaussDB时序时空数据库内核开源，并命名为openGemini。

- 7月23日消息，蚂蚁集团时序数据库CeresDB正式开源，并发布开源版本CeresDB 0.2.0 。
- 11月15日，「格睿云Greptime」宣布旗下时序数据库GreptimeDB正式开源。开源后，GreptimeDB连续三天在GitHub Trending榜上排名第一。
