启动命令
功能
start命令用于在集群恢复操作后启动集群。

使用指南
在恢复集群之后，使用start命令启动集群。并行参数（可选）可以同start命令一同提供，用以同步运行流程。
命令示例
恢复操作后启动集群。
python GaussRoach.py -t start将集群恢复到不同节点组后启动集群。
