构建拉取请求PullRequest

判断处理队列的状态是否正确,更新它的最新拉取时间,判断消费实例状态,判断当前处理队列缓存的消息数量以及大小是否超过限制,这些消息在同一个队列的偏移量间隔是否超过限制,本机是否有该topic的订阅信息,如果是上面这些情况的话就稍候再拉取消息。

topic订阅表达式不是tag则要判断系统版本,本次以tag为例。如果选择从从broker拉取消息,则需要去掉提交偏移量的请求标志位。如果有过滤类标志的话就从查询对应地址对应的过滤服务器地址。拉取消息,传递回调函数PullCallback,构造请求头类PullMessageRequestHeader,请求码为PULL_MESSAGE = 11,默认是异步拉取消息
