在MOS上确认为BUG：1355780，是由于gv$subscr_registration_stats和reg$关联查询引起。MOS上给出的方案有如下2个：
1)、打上7276499补丁，确认有11.2.0.2在solaris上对应的patch；
2）、升级到12.1。
鉴于这个bug只出现过一次，可以再观察一段时间再考虑是否打补丁或者升级。
