问题描述：安装oracle 12.2.0.1 rac(两节点)时出现PRVG-0802告警，如下所示：

系统：rhel 6.5 64位

1、问题重现

详细告警如下：

Device Checks for ASM - This is a prerequisite check to verify that the specified devices meet the requirements for ASM.Error:

PRVG-10487 : Storage "/dev/asm-vote01" is not shared on all nodes.- Cause:The indicated storage was not shared across the nodes.- Action: Review additional error messages for details.

 

  Operation Failed on Nodes: [cjtpssb01,cjtpssb02] 

Verification result of failed node: cjtpssb01Details:

 

PRVG-0802 : Storage type for path "/dev/asm-vote01" could not be determined on node "cjtpssb01". PRVG-0801 : invalid internal command tags- Cause:An error occurred while attempting to determine the storage type of the indicated path. Accompanying messages provide further details.- Action:Resolve the issues described in any accompanying messages and retry.

PRVG-0802 : Storage type for path "/dev/asm-vote01" could not be determined on node "cjtpssb01". 2、异常原因

搜索资料后，了解到此为Bug所致.安装GI时采用的是如下方式.

$ ./gridSetup.sh -applyOneOffs /u01/setup/RU/33583921/33116894/

 

说明：之所以提前打33116894补丁，是避免后面节点1再执行root.sh时出现以下告警.

The command '/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/perl/lib -I/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/install /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed

 

说明：此后了解到可以通过如下方式直接打RU补丁来解决PRVG-0802异常.

$ ./gridSetup.sh -applyPSU /u01/setup/RU/33583921

 

3、解决方案

按如上直接打33583921的方式成功解决该异常，安装前的检查不在报错，如下图所示：
