redhat7安装11.2.0.4 grid执行root.sh报错

执行root.sh很慢最后报错

ocssd.log报：unable to set priority to 4, unable to escalate to real time

根据MOS：《GI Intallation On Linux 7 Fails with 'CSS Startup Failed With Return Code 1' And CRS-1656 (Doc ID 2935061.1)》

1. Patch GI with 31718723 - 11.2.0.4.201020 (Oct 2020) Grid Infrastructure Patch Set Update (GI PSU) or later according to note: How to Apply a Grid Infrastructure Patch Before Grid Infrastructure Configuration (before root.sh or rootupgrade.sh or gridsetup.bat) is Executed (Doc ID 1410202.1) (Section) 11.2.0.x or 12.1.0.2 

2. Re-run root.sh In the case after the solution steps GI is configured successfully.
