1.报错信息

2.原因：版本问题，主库ogg版本19c，从库ogg版本12c

3.解决：抽取和投递进程加上如下

抽取：exttrail ./xx/ec,FORMAT RELEASE 12.3

投递：rmttrail ./xx/ec,FORMAT RELEASE 12.3
