Troubleshooting RMAN-00600: internal error, arguments [13205] [] [] [] []

A Oracle RAC 10.2.0.4 , the backup by NBU(RMAN),My firend asked me for help, when hi to backup the database using BACKUP DATABASE, it causes error as bellow:：

Search in MOS, found this is a bug, and fixed in 10.2.0.5 and 11.1.0.6 “Bug 6325947 RMAN database backup fails with RMAN-600 [13205]”

Versions confirmed as being affected

10.2.0.3 10.2.0.4

Description

If the number of blocks for the current BACKUP set exceed a 4GB count
then RMAN-600[13205] can be thrown during backup set list contruction.
Workaround
  Use FILESPERSET 1 for BACKUP.

Note:This will generate more backup set file
