It's ok if the scheme is fully verified and needn't to change, otherwise you'll face real PITA. To alter the table/trigger/package, it will be necessary to switch all master replication sites into quiesced mode, at which the databases can work only for reading (update/insert/delete operations are forbidden). It concerns only objects from master groups.
