Python使用时出现报错：
ModuleNotFoundError No module named ‘PIL’
该提示表示缺少pillow模块，可以用以下命令安装：
pip install pillow
如果提示：
Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘/anaconda3/lib/python3.7/site-packages/Pillow-6.0.0.dist-info’
Consider using the--useroption or check the permissions.
则使用命令：
pip install --user pillow
