ORA-00600 arguments: [kzsviver:4]

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kzsviver:4], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [] 

The following ORA-600 is being observed in the alert log: 


ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kzsviver:4], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [] 

The common reason to get this error is to create or alter a user with the unsupported 'BY VALUES' syntax and the value entered is not valid, if you must use it, the value must be a valid value, if you make a mistake you can get this internal error. 

11g will also throw this error when you try to create a user with a NULL password, or change a user's password to NULL, you must use non-NULL values to avoid seeing this ORA-600.
