小记：oracle 19c rac安装遇到的怪问题

1.集群名称过长导致root.sh执行失败：start of ‘ora.gipcd’ on ‘xxx’ failed

处理参考：

2.卡巴斯基杀毒软件导致root.sh执行到第18步失败:PRCR-1079:无法启动资源 ora.qosmserver TCC-0002: Internal error. Unexpected end of file from server CRS-2674:

经过测试验证：在未安装杀毒软件的情况下，正常安装成功。(禁用或停止杀毒软件服务应该也可以正常安装成功)
