摘　要：为解决海南环岛高速铁路（简称：高铁）传统票制下旅客乘车方式不灵活，导致其运营发

展受限的问题，结合海南省城市经济发展和轨道交通现状，设计海南环岛高铁一日单程票、一日多程票、

一日随心票等“公交化”新票制及其运营组织模式，并引入支付宝刷码乘车方式，为旅客提供更自由的

出行选择，满足旅客即到即走的需求；充分利用车站既有进站线路和设施设备，提出车站通道改造方案，

给旅客带来更好的乘车体验，促进海南岛内各城市交通运输协同运行。

Abstract: Inordertosolvetheproblemthatthepassenger'spassenger'stransportationmethodundertraditionalticket

systemofHainanroundaboutislandhigh-speedrailwaywasnotflexible,whichledtorestrictionsonthedevelopment

ofpassengertransportationoperations,thispapercombinedtheurbaneconomicdevelopmentandthecurrentsituation

of rail transit in Hainan Province, designed new "public transport oriented" ticket systems and their operation

organization modes, such as one-day one-way ticket, one-day multi journey ticket, one-day free ticket, etc., and

introducedtheAlipaycodeswipingmodetoprovidepassengerswithmorefreetravelchoicesandmeetthedemandof

passengers who were ready to go, made full use of the existing entry routes and facilities at the station, proposed a

station channel renovation plan, provided passengers with a better riding experience, and promoted the coordinated

operationoftransportationinvariouscitiesonHainanIsland.

近些年，我国相继出台了《交通强国建设纲要》

《关于推动都市圈市域（郊）铁路加快发展意见》

《“十四五”现代综合交通运输体系发展》等政策

文件

。国家发改委、地方政府、中国国家铁路集团

有限公司（简称：国铁集团）对铁路“公交化”运

营均给予政策支持，北京、广州、上海等经济辐射

面广、周边居民来往频繁的城市区域，在探索铁路

高密度行车、旅客便捷乘车上有了一定创新成果

[2-3]

。

但是，旅客仍然需要提前购票，锁定起点和终点，

并按照票面指定日期、车次乘车，若未提前到达车

站候车，错过车次后只能办理车票改签，收取手续

费，不仅增加旅客时间、经济成本，也增加铁路人

工、管理成本。

海南环岛高速铁路（简称：高铁）是海南省境


