ABSTRACT
The managers of hospitals pay more and more attention to the human resourc
e management and performance evaluation along with part of hospitals tuming to
the
character of non-piofit and the deeply reform of medical treatment institution.
This kind J ,
of attention will bring a series of transformations to the human resource mana
gement. However, most of hospitals have not grasped a set of methods and Indic
ators which can deal with the performance evaluation scientific, efficiently and me
asurably at present. It mainly behaves : most current hospitals have still continue
to use the method of performance evaluation which are maMy represented by ‘‘mo
ral,ability, attendance, achievement ” and
used in govermnent and institution, besides some enterprise hospitals. This ki
nd of method is very difficult to reflect fee different performance by special positio
