ABSTRACT
The managers of hospitals pay more and more attention to the human resourc
e management and performance evaluation along with part of hospitals tuming to
the
character of non-piofit and the deeply reform of medical treatment institution.
This kind J ,
of attention will bring a series of transformations to the human resource mana
gement. However, most of hospitals have not grasped a set of methods and Indic
ators which can deal with the performance evaluation scientific, efficiently and me
asurably at present. It mainly behaves : most current hospitals have still continue
to use the method of performance evaluation which are maMy represented by ‘‘mo
ral,ability, attendance, achievement ” and
used in govermnent and institution, besides some enterprise hospitals. This ki
nd of method is very difficult to reflect fee different performance by special positio
ns and persons but also leads to severe consequence that the salary and the prof
essional qualificatios of an employee are little relative wth the result of his perfor
mance evaluation. Therefore, this kind of performance evaluation becomes more
and more formalist*
For the sake of solving this phenomena^ the author is trying to use a new met
hod of

Key Process Indication (KPI) to analyze md decompose the whole strategic of t
he hospital t0 Ml sectipn offices and iiKiividuals in order to make the salary and p
erformance evaluation
more and more relative.
