排气系统RLDA及Fatigue试验联合应用研究

[摘要]:本文针对排气系统开发时冷端关键部位的RLDA方法进行了描述,介绍了
通过采集应变来获取整车耐久载荷信息的方法。以吉利某项目为例,通过使用L
MS数据采集系统,对排气系统冷端吊钩及焊缝在不同工况下的整车载荷情况进
行采集,利用LMS TecWare
对采集数据进行处理及雨流计数。最终,冷端风险部位焊缝RLDA等效载荷为35
Nm,满足此处Fatigue试验的78Nm的一半,评判为结构设计合理。

[Abstract]: In this paper, Describes the RLDA method for exhaust system cold end
during development stage, Get the load of key points of exhaust system by collecting
the strain. Depend on a Geely project, get the Load on the hanger and weld in
acquisition of vehicle load under different working conditions by using LMS data
acquisition system, the data is processed by rain-flow counting method. Finally, the
equivalent load of the cold end weld risk site is 35Nm, which smaller than the half of
the 78Nm, the fatigue life according to the fatigue test. The structure design is
rational.
