【摘要】本文研究了离心风机的气动噪声仿真分析,流场计算稳定后进行瞬
态分析,计算出的风量与实测值相误差为0.6%,瞬态计算的总声压级与实测值相
差2dB。根据仿真结果做了多种优化方案,通过优化方案结果的横向对比,最终
选取了两个方案进行实物测试,其中一个样件在基频段有明显改善。

ABSTRACT – The article studies CFD simulation of Centrifugal Blower
aerodynamic. The flow is steady simulation, and then doing unsteady simulation.
Through this method, the deviation between the simulated massflow and the test
massflow is 0.6%, and the overall sound pressure level is 2dB between simulation and
test. According to the simulation some optimization project is made. By means of
transverse contrast of the optimization projects, the two projects are chosen and had
been tested. One of them is improved clearly on the fundamental frequency.
