滚动转子式压缩机压力脉动仿真及试验研究

摘要:为优化滚动转子式压缩机壳体内压力脉动,本文采用CFD仿真分析方法对
某型号滚动转子式压缩机进行三维模拟计算,深入分析压力脉动基理;提出合理
的优化方案;并对优化方案进行CFD模拟和试验验证。结果表明优化方案能够有
效降低壳体内压力脉动,改善低频噪声,提高压缩机品质。

Pressure Pulsation Simulation and Test Investigation
of Rolling Piston Compressor

Abstract: To optimize the pressure pulsation in the shell of rolling piston compressor,
a CFD simulation analysis method is presented in this paper. The 3-D simulation
calculation is carried out to deeply analyse the mechanism pressure pulsation of a
certain model of rolling piston compressor, so to propose a reasonable optimization
scheme which is simulated with CFD and verified with tests. The results show that the
proposed optimization scheme is effective to reduce he pressure pulsation in the
compressor shell, attenuate the low frequency noise and improve the compressor
quality.
