摘要:在对某商用车发动机整机进行NVH性能测试的时候,发现排气歧管垫片的
振动较大,通过裁减垫片形状进一步分析对比,优化后的排气歧管垫片使整机9
点声压级降低了0.8dB,对应的排气侧声压最大降低2dB。优化效果明显,该方案
在将在此系列发动机的国六机型上实施。

Howling Noise Optimization of a
Commercial Vehicle

Abstract: The howling noise was appeared in one commercial vehicle when driving
test, during the development phase. Through the vibration collecting by LMS test Lab
and results of analyzing noise signal, confirmed that the noise was the nineteenth
order howling noise produced by fuel pump . Taking the project time and cost into
consideration, we firstly optimized and controlled the noise in the transmission path.
Finally, we optimized and controlled the noise by using LMS Virtual Lab to optimize
the gear case and improve the system mode.
