基于Amesim传统汽车整车能量流的仿真分析

[摘要]
为了减少传统燃油汽车的燃油消耗量,本文对传统汽车各系统及部件的能量消
耗进行了研究。研究整车在行驶过程中能量流的变化,可进一步完善整车的综合
能量流管理。以提高整车经济性为目标,提出了基于Amesim软件整车能量流的
仿真分析方法,分别建立了发动机、冷却系统、润滑系统、传动系统以及驾驶系
统模型,并对各子系统进行了耦合,建立了整车能量流分析模型,从能量流角度
,分析了在NEDC工况下整车的总能量和各系统的能量需求。提出了降低系统能
量消耗、验证系统优化方案的分析与验证方法。

ABSTRACT – In order to reduce the fuel consumption of the traditional fuel
vehicles, the energy consumption of the system and the components of the
traditional vehicle is studied in this paper. The research on the energy flow of
the whole vehicle during the driving process can further improve the
integrated energy flow management of the vehicle. Regard the improvement
of the fuel economy as the goal, the method of simulation and analysis of
vehicle energy flow is proposed based on the Amesim software. The engine,
cooling system, lubricating system, transmission system and driving system
model are established respectively, and the subsystems are coupled, and
then, the vehicle energy flow analysis model is established. From the
perspective of energy flow, the energy demand of whole vehicle and the
subsystems is analyzed base on NEDC. The analysis and verification
