导弹尾喷管热烧蚀优化分析

摘
要:本文对尾喷管烧蚀问题进行分析,采用amaryllis进行烧蚀分析的流程和方法计算了尾喷管
金属基以及三层防热材料的不同组合的热防护对比。主要针对小型导弹尾喷管热防护问题,通
过Amaryllis作为仿真优化平台,对导弹尾喷管内侧针对不同热防护材料选择进行最优设计,结
果表明采用不同的热防护材料不同厚度不同防护层材料顺序的组合热防护结果不同,从而可以
很好地指导设计,有效减少试验次数。

The Research and application on Amaryllis Simulation of the nozzle of missile
Abstract: In this paper, main problem is about the ablation thermal protection and study on the phase
ablation, chemical ablation and hybrid ablation phenomena. Select reentry vehicles as the research object,
using LMS software Samcef Amaryllis as an analytical tool, simulated a phase ablation, chemical ablation
and hybrid ablation calculations. We got the temperature distribution of the ablation, and the density
distribution, burning compared before and after the eclipse shape distribution. The calculation results are
reasonable, can be widely used in the ablative thermal protection design, analysis and optimization.
