错误原因：The policy expression used an unsupported operator, or used an operator in an unsupported way.
解决方法：Modify the policy expression to use only the supported operators in a supported way. Supported operators include "=", "!=", ">", "<", ">=", "<=", the length operators, the substring operators, and the context operators (SYS_CONTEXT and XS_SYS_CONTEXT).
