错误原因：The installer has detected that an earlier version of Oracle ASM is configured on the server.
解决方法：If you intend to upgrade Oracle ASM as part of this installation, then you must shut down the Oracle ASM instance before proceeding. Shut down any database instances using Oracle ASM before shutting down the Oracle ASM instance.
