错误原因：An attempt to execute the command 'mgmtca' was rejected because it was not supported on a member cluster.
解决方法：Run the command on the Domain Services Cluster where the Grid Infrastructure Management Repository is hosted. Export the credentials from the Domain Services Cluster and import them on the member cluster.
