错误描述：Unable to access the specified Cluster Manifest File
错误原因：An attempt to access the specified Cluster Manifest File failed.
解决方法：Verify that the specified Cluster Manifest File exists and is accessible by root. If necessary, run 'crsctl create member_cluster_configuration' in a Domain Services Cluster. Once the Cluster Manifest File has been verified to exist, retry the installation.
