ORA-16150：FINISH recovery performed on another, older standby database

错误原因：An archive log containing a FINISH recovery indicator was received by a standby database that has received archive logs in the future of the received archive log. Because of the possibility that these future archive logs have been applied to this standby database, the received archive log must be rejected.
