错误描述：no available sequence number
错误原因：An 'advmutil transport create' command failed because all of the available transport sequence numbers for the specified transport type were in use.
解决方法：Use the 'advmutil transport remove' command to delete an existing transport that is not in use. Then retry the 'advmutil transport create' command.
