错误原因：The Oracle Automatic Storage Management Cluster File System (Oracle ACFS) resource had already been created for the specified volume device.
解决方法：Take one of the following actions:- Supply a different volume device path to the 'srvctl add filesystem' command to create a different Oracle ACFS file system resource.- Delete the previous resource ('srvctl remove filesystem -device <volume_device>') and run the command again.
