PRGP-01077：Flash Recovery Area is not configured in the database.

解决方法：Execute one of the following:- Manually configure flash recovery area in the database and enable the archive mode of the database and retry the command.- Add '-fra <db_recovery_file_dest>' option and retry the command to configure flash recovery area as part of operation. This restarts all of the database instances.- Add '-grp NO' option and retry the command to disable the AutoUpgrade rollback mechanism. If you select this option, then both database backup and database restoration must be performed manually by the DBA.
