错误原因：An attempt to migrate a database was rejected because how to transfer Oracle Data Pump dump files from the on-premise database to a database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) was not specified.
解决方法：Specify the required information, and then resubmit the job. The following cases are supported: 1) Performing a remote network import using a newly created or an existing database link between database on OCI to on-premise database. 2) Uploading Oracle Data Pump dump files to an OCI Object Store bucket, if database on OCI is an Autonomous Database. 3) Transferring Oracle Data Pump dump files from on-premise database server to OCI database server using newly created or existing database directory objects, if database on OCI is a user-managed database system.
