错误描述：Cannot retrive configuration for cluster database {0}
错误原因：The cluster database configuration could not be retrieved from the repository. This could occur either because the database was never registered, or because the repository itself had not been created.
解决方法：Check if the database has been configured by printing a list of all cluster databases using 'srvctl config'. If the repostitory has not been created, use 'srvconfig -init' to create it.
