RMAN-06615：resyncing from database with DB_UNIQUE_NAME string

错误原因：Resync was performed remotely for the specified DB_UNIQUE_NAME initialization parameter without connecting to it as target database. This type of remote resync has limitations. For example, RMAN output cannot be resynced. Please refer to RMAN documentation for a complete set of limitations.
