错误原因：Due to memory use, multiple passes were used to load some partitions.
解决方法：To decrease the number of passes, consider increasing the partition memory limit using the PARTITION_MEMORY command line option, or by increasing PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET. Note that increasing the limit too much can cause the load to run out of memory.
