错误描述：Listener cannot operate with specified secure transport
错误原因：Listener was configured with transport protocols which are either invalid or none of the secure transport protocols are present in listening addresses.
解决方法：Modify the existing listener configuration by specifying a valid tranport protocol in secure transport list.
