错误描述：The symbolic link 'string' to 'string' cannot be created.
错误原因：An attempt to start Oracle Kernel Services persistent logging was not completely successful. Logging was started, but the indicated symbolic link could not be created. Most likely the link name was non-empty directory.
解决方法：If a symbolic link is desired, delete the link target and its contents and reissue the command.
