错误描述：unable to initialize GNS
错误原因：It was not possible to initialize the GNS server for the cluster.
解决方法：Determine if GNS is running. If it is not, ask the administrator to start it. If GNS is running, it is an error and Oracle Customer Support should be contacted with the details of the error.
