错误原因：The force option was supplied when some nodes in the cluster have not yet been upgraded. The upgrade cannot be forced to complete while some nodes running Oracle Clusterware have not yet been upgraded.
解决方法：Rerun rootupgrade.sh without force option on the specified node.
