解决方法：Use the 'asmcmd' command to verify if the ASM instance is active. If the ASM instance aborted, it will be restarted automatically. Use 'ocrcheck -config' to discover the OCR locations configured, and verify using 'asmcmd' that the disk group in question is mounted. Mount the disk group if it is not mounted. Validate if the behavior is limited to one node or whether it occurs across all of the nodes in the cluster. If nothing works, use the 'ocrconfig' command with the '-replace' or '-delete' option to replace or remove the OCR location.
