错误原因：There was a failure accessing the import file on this node. The Cluster Ready Service on this node may not have been active during the Oracle Cluster Registry format upgrade.
解决方法：The Oracle Cluster Registry format upgrade will be completed by another node in the cluster. The Cluster Ready Service on this node will be automatically restarted, and will be able to function as soon as the upgrade completes. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
