错误原因：An expected or required piece of configuration is missing from the cluster or local registry.
解决方法：Use the ocrcheck utility to detect errors, and the ocrdump utility to review the registry contents. If problems exist, the registry may need to be recovered or restored. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
