错误描述：Command 'crsctl add css votedisk' command is invalid.\n
错误原因：An attempt to add a voting file using 'crsctl add css votedisk' was rejected because voting files are only supported on ASM disk group. Changes in configuration can be made only with 'crsctl replace votedisk'.
解决方法：Use 'crsctl replace votedisk' to add the voting files.
