解决方法：If this message displays as part of the install process, no action is required. Otherwise, stop the Oracle Clusterware stack that is running on the indicated node. If vendor clusterware is in use, stop it on all nodes as well. After stopping all other clusterware, retry starting CSS in exclusive mode.
