错误描述：Highly Available IP (HAIP) is enabled on the nodes "{0}".
错误原因：The Cluster Verification Utility (CVU) found that the HAIP was enabled on the indicated nodes. HAIP is not supported on Exadata for Oracle Clusterware 18c release onwards.
解决方法：Ensure that the HAIP is disabled using 'crsctl modify resource ora.cluster_interconnect.haip -attr "ENABLED=0" -init' command and no instances of ASM and DB are using the HAIP addresses by updating the 'cluster_interconnects' parameter with private IP addresses using SQL before upgrade. Refer to MOS note 2524069.1 for complete steps to disable and remove the HAIP if you are upgrading from Oracle Clusterware 12c release 2 (12.2).
