有哪位大神知道在linux centos7.6系统中，安装oracle-database-19c时候在创建静默的数据库的创建的时候报这个错误怎么回事？求赐教

端口号我是从1521改成1524和1528我都试了 还是不行，日志文件我也看了没有问题，我想问一下，oracle-database-ee-19c安装的时候会不会是我的环境或者系统参数，网关等等设置问题。我都sqlplus / as syspdb 可以登录 监听可以启动，就是么有数据库。

有用 0rpm安装应该很简单的，参考：

/etc/init.d/oracledb_ORCLCDB-19c这一步就是创建数据库，你这一步报错了，所以就没有数据库。
如果监听已经有了并且可以启动，可以修改配置文件在执行init脚本时不再创建监听。
如果方便，把ORCLCDB4.log和trace_OraHome1-1911056PM1306.log文件传上来看看。
或者是直接使用DBCA传统方式创建数据库。
