小白想找大佬排查教授一下解决方法，用的是asmlib方式建立的asm磁盘（udev和多路径建立不起来，只能用asmlib了）

以下是运行内容：

能看到报错：CRS-2883: Resource 'ora.cssdmonitor' failed during Clusterware stack start. 

但是不清楚解决思路，知识点太贫乏了。

这不是第一次运行root.sh，之前有成功过，不过因为mt磁盘问题导致安装失败（具体什么问题也清楚，连日志都没什么有用的内容）

以下是之前成功的内容，不知道能不能作为参考：
