Description
"alter database drop logfile" on a Standby Database to drop an Online Redo Log (ORL) may fail
with bogus errors such as ORA-01623 or ORA-01624 or ORA-01567.
This fix enables to DROP ORL on Standby and ORL on Standby will not be updated with ORL
on Primary changes. V$LOG will also show status UNUSED for ORLs in STANDBY.
