Oracle Linux 7.5 with the Red Hat Compatible Kernel: 3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64 or later

按照Oracle官方建议来，我们Oracle19c RAC是安装在了Red Hat Linux7.5上了，没出过什么问题
