补充tnsnames.ora配置

有可能是这个bug：
JET Based Oracle EM Express Stops at “Loading” after Login (Doc ID 2672086.1)

SYMPTOMS
Configured EM express in a 19c multi-tenant environment, but it stops on the screen after login and no screen is displayed.

CAUSE
This issue is caused by the unpublished Bug 30150710.
Bug 30150710 has a problem with the binary file and EM express may not work properly when using the default port (5500).

SOLUTION

There are the following solutions to this issue.

• 1.Use a port number other than 5500.

• 2.Apply Patch 30150710.

• 3.Apply 19.7.0.0.0 or later RU.
  Patch 30150710 is included in 19.7.0.0.0 and later versions of the RU.

可以试下上面的3个方案。BTW，浏览器最好用chrome。

使用其他端口测试是不行，（5501，5534）看来不打补丁是绕不过去了，非常感谢解答！
