It is fixed in the 10.2.0.5 release as well as the 10.2.0.4 Patch 4 (and higher) on the Windows Platforms.
The last available 10.2.0.4 patchset for Windows customers WITHOUT extended support is Patch 45 (Patch:Patch 12429519)
