执行root.sh时遇到 CLSRSC-400 ACFS-9428 bug 补丁包 25078431
grid安装程序仍旧运行中， 安装补丁包 ：./gridSetup.sh -applyOneOffs /u01/soft/25078431
又遇到 [INS-32850] The Grid Infrastructure software home (/u01/apps/12.2.0/grid) is already registered in the central inventory. Refer to patch readme instructions on how to apply.

之后修改 2个节点inventory.xml 文件，删除ORACLE_HOME配置
再次安装补丁 遇到：
OUI-67064:OPatchSession cannot load inventory for the given Oracle Home /u01/apps/12.2.0/grid. Possible causes are:
No read or write permission to ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage
Central Inventory is locked by another OUI instance
No read permission to Central Inventory
The lock file exists in ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage
The Oracle Home does not exist in Central Inventory
